Exchanges and Returns
Can I exchange or return any item?
Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on it. We reserve the right to refuse any item and refunds for items that show signs of being worn, have makeup or perfume on them, and so on.
How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
- All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming delivery.
- Ohkimono.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
How can I make an exchange or return?
Email us and let us know your intention of exchanging or returning the product. All our items are checked and sealed. If the item presents signs that it was damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse or you knew about the fault before buying it, please be aware that you don't have legal rights to return or exchange your product. However, if you are not happy with the product, you are allowed to return or exchange it within 14 days upon receipt.
- Is there a charge to return or exchange my item?
- Yes. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Even if the purchase was made from Europe or any other country, the shipping costs for returns are not covered by us.
Can I keep the original item after having requested an online exchange at okimono.co?
No. If 14 days have passed since requesting the exchange and we have not received the original items, you will be charged the amount using the original payment method.
When will I receive the refund for my return?
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted.
Ohkimono.com will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached AND in its original packaging, with the garment bag.
We reserve the right to request proof of faulty item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please note that the customer is allowed to exchange an item only once. Thereafter, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages that don't have a tracking number.
When will I receive a refund for returned items?
When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s), minus the return shipping charges which are the client's responsibility.
A time frame of anywhere between 10-14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process.
